Off Grid basically means not buying your utilities from a company.

While the utility companies appear to rip us off with ever increasing prices and never seem to pass on the full savings they make when gas and oil wholesale prices go down, it makes sense to consider going Off Grid. A major change, of course.

You can heat your house with the sun, get your electricity from the sun and wind and harvest yur water from your roof.
